libafs-pag-perl software package provides Perl bindings for AFS PAG manipulation, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libafs-pag-perl
libafs-pag-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libafs-pag-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libafs-pag-perl *
You will get with libafs-pag-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
